I've been wanting to compare Chanel Rough Allure Super(167) from Summer 2010 collection and this years Rouge Allure Joyeuse(87)Summer(or Spring I think) 2011 for awhile now but didn't have my swatches ready and let me tell you......I had no idea taking pictures of swatches was so freaking hard....Jeezus! not Jesus! but Jee freaking zuuus! I'm somewhat of a perfectionist so if the pictures were off or just didn't look right to me...I would just delete delete delete. The pictures came out ok...not to bad despite of the lighting and all but my hat goes off to all bloggers & Youtubers out there because this ain't easy.
Anywhoooo...I've seen swatches of these two but always wondered how it would look on someone with a darker/similar complexion like myself. Btw I'm a NC 45 in Mac, Chanel Mat Lumiere in Walnut, MUFE Duo Mat in 214 and Diorskin Nude in 051. You can't really see my tone in these pictures but just in case someone out there wanted to know.
And now for the swatches:
I swiped both lipstick twice in my inner arm. Both lipstick are similar but the Super is darker from Joyeuse. Joyeuse is very sheer
