I've been seeing Stella's Biocolour Octavia Dress everywhere it seems. I first noticed this dress on Kate Winslet last month for her premiere of "Mildred Pierce" during the 68th Venice Film Festival and she looked drop dead gorgeous. The dress is meant to make any lady wearing it look skinner; well make any women look like they have a smaller waistline and for $1,595.00 it better!
The above dress is sold out on the Stella McCartney website and everyone is trying to get a hold of this dress and hopefully more will become available; this dress will make a great party, dinner and or New Year's Eve look. I'm really into neutral colors but My favorite one is the one Liv Tyler wore to: The Cinema Society & Grey Goose screening of "The Ledge". I just love this dress in blue.
Other celebrities like Penelope Cruz and La la Anthony have worn the same dress but in similar/different colors.
Since the dress is sold-out there are other alternatives that comes close to the Stella McCartney's creation and cheaper. The second picture is: Colorblocked Sleeveless Dress from Ann Taylor; this dress is going for $148.00 but you can get it cheaper if you catch any sale that Ann Taylor usually has going on.
